Research and development
Every year, Propur invests in a research and development program in order to reach excellence in all its products. We evaluate more than 200 new varieties in order to find out which will be tomorrow’s best potatoes. We evaluate many parameters such as the aptitude to be fried, boiled and baked. In our concern for environment protection, we also look for varieties which require less fertilizers and pesticides.
We are concerned by the consumers’ health and it is why we also search for new potatoes endowed with a reduced glycemic index in order to satisfy our clientele.
